During my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City, I was captivated by the really good service and luxurious ambiance. though some aspects fell short. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I encountered issues with noise from music late into the night, which affected my sleep. Overall, it was a good experience, but a few improvements could make it perfect.

Rooms

My room was a spacious Deluxe King, elegantly furnished. though it felt a bit dated compared to other Four Seasons properties I've visited.
Service

The service was perfect, with a warm and professional atmosphere throughout my visit. making me feel truly valued as a guest.
Location

The location has its perks, rich in cultural history and modern architecture. but it's not ideal if you want easy access to dining options outside the hotel.

6.2/10

My stay at the Four Seasons Mexico City was extraordinary, from the really good staff to the beautiful location. While the pool area could use some improvement, the modern and spacious room made up for it. The breakfast buffet was a standout, but the noise from events at night was somewhat disruptive. Overall, this hotel provided a luxurious experience worth recommending. 🌟

Rooms

The Deluxe King Room was modern, spacious, and beautifully appointed with everything I needed, plus thoughtful touches like turn-down service. The only minor flaw was some noise from the hallway, which could benefit from better soundproofing. 🛏️
Service
10.0
The service was nothing short of amazing. Every team member was welcoming and attentive, making me feel like royalty throughout my stay. From the concierge helping with my Teotihuacan trip to the thoughtful welcome treat for my birthday, they truly went above and beyond.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated on Reforma Boulevard, a stone's throw from beautiful parks, museums, and shopping. Although the area is more of a business district, the overall setting feels resort-like with rich cultural history all around.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection including live cooking stations for eggs, pancakes, and waffles. The quality of food was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the cappuccino. Though breakfast isn't included in the room rate, it was definitely worth it.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, including room service and tours, were well-managed and convenient. However, the pool area needs an update, as some tiles were coming loose, which detracted from the overall luxury experience.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City was simply really good. The welcoming atmosphere and perfect service made every moment enjoyable. While the location is quite good for exploring the city, noise from nearby events made for a few restless nights. Overall, I was captivated by the beauty of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff.

The hotel's location is quite central, making it easy to access many attractions, though it is primarily in a business district, making some evening outings require a short Uber ride.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City was a amazing experience overall. The stunning rooms offered picturesque views, and the staff was attentive, notably the lovely Victoria who was always smiling. However, I found the location to be more business-oriented rather than ideal for sightseeing, which limited some of my plans.

Rooms
10.0
The Deluxe King Room was beautifully appointed, featuring a large, well-equipped bathroom and premium amenities that really elevated my stay. The views of the courtyard were good.
Service
10.0
The service was great; the staff was friendly and professional, always willing to assist. Victoria’s attention to detail made me feel valued throughout my stay.
Location

While the hotel is close to Chapultepec Park, I found it more suited for business travelers. It took a bit of cabbing to reach popular sightseeing spots in Zocalo and Roma, which wasn't super convenient.
Dining
10.0
Dining was a highlight! The breakfast had a fantastic selection, including a live cooking station that served the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. Dinner at Il Becco was equally impressive with fabulous Italian cuisine.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities included room service and various amenities that enhanced my experience, but I wished the spa had more to offer in terms of space and services.

The pool area service was excellent, but the dining experience was hit or miss. Overall, I appreciated the beautiful rooms and luxurious amenities.

Rooms

I found the rooms to be spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom had both a rain shower and a handheld option, which I loved. Plus, the festive decorations in the central patio were lovely.
Service

While some staff members were exceptionally attentive, like those at the pool, I faced issues during breakfast service. It took too long to receive my order, and there were several mix-ups.
Location
